What is Array

A finite collection of same  data type element is called Array. An array does not have element two or more data type. The number of Element is called the length or size of element .

E.g =

Array can be declared in various way in different programming language

Let’s  take c- programming Example –

   int   array [11]   =                     {2   ,4   ,5    ,6    ,7    ,8    ,12   , 14    ,15    ,17,     18}

  1. Index start with ‘0’.
  2. Array length is 11 means it store 11 elements
  3. Each elememt can be access via its Index.
